Drago carefully selects the best wool from Australia and New Zealand, by subjecting each batch to all laboratory tests to guarantee to consumers the fineness parameters declared in the tissues. The selected fineness started from Super 130’S to Super 210’S, rare and precious fabric to the most exclusive suits. The White cashmere comes from Mongolia and it is used alone or with the finest wool, to complete the luxury line. Among the fibers used there is also a nice selection of linen, silk and other special fibers to realize the sophisticated and valuable blends.

The Reda story begins in 1865 with the founding of the historic wool mill in Valle Mosso (in the Piedmont region of Italy) by local entrepreneur Carlo Reda and is also linked to the Botto Poala brothers, descendants of a renowned textiles family. Corduroy and Moleskin are woven cloths traditionally having a high ratio of weft threads to warp threads, thus giving the appearance of a smooth weft faced fabric, usually thick and strong, and mostly made of 100% cotton. For Corduroy the smooth face of the fabric is interrupted by equally spaced ribs, or races, running the length of the piece, prior to dyeing these are cut on specialised machines to form ribs of raised pile, there are known as Wales which the differentiate the character of each corduroy product.
